Payments
I can't clear a pending amount
If a charge from AryaGO is declined by your payment method or you gave the driver less than the price that was owed, you were put into arrears and may not be able to request a ride.
If this happens, your app will ask you to pay in cash to the next driver (if cash payments are available in your area) or charge the outstanding balance to a digital payment method of your choice (like a credit card or debit card).
If you’ve paid for a trip but it still shows as pending (outstanding), please use the below link.
Booking
I can't request a ride
If you can’t request a ride, it could be for a few reasons:
- You have an outstanding payment.
- Your payment method was declined on a previous trip.
- AryaGO is currently unavailable in your location.
- There aren’t any drivers in your area at this time. Please wait and try requesting again.
- You haven’t confirmed your email or phone number. Check for verification messages from AryaGO. If you don’t have any, you may need to update your account settings.

I want to reactivate my account
Provide us with some additional info to confirm your identity by starting a 'chat with us'. This helps us keep your account secure.
My Password reset link isn't working
When requesting to reset your password, you'll immediately receive an email from us at the address shared. This email contains a password reset link, which will expire after 10 minutes.
