Cancellation and Refunds

- Cancellation Terms:
Booking requests can be cancelled free of charge prior to 72 hours of the departure Date & Time.
Cancellation must be made before the fixed date and time of the cab journey.
Cancellation requests can only be processed by calling +91-7481055055.
- Cancellation Fees:
If a booking request is cancelled after driver and/or car details are provided, a cancellation fee will be charged.
For local rides: Rs 250 will be charged.
For outstation rides: Rs 500 will be charged.
- Driver Cancellation:
Drivers reserve the right to cancel a ride request under the following circumstances:
If they've waited 45 minutes at the pickup location.
If incorrect pickup details are provided.
If the passenger is unreachable at the provided phone number.
- Non-Availability of Vehicle:
If AryaGo is unable to arrange a vehicle, passengers will be notified 3 to 12 hours before pickup time.
The advance amount will be refunded within 48 hours.
- Refund Policy:
Refunds will be processed within 24 to 48 hours.
AryaGo is not responsible for any loss due to incorrect banking details provided by the passenger.
- No Refund Scenarios:
No refunds or changes will be accepted last minute or after the trip has started.
Refunds are not applicable after the service has been availed.
- Driver Misconduct:
AryaGo reserves the right to withhold the complete advance amount if there is misconduct towards the driver.
AryaGo may take legal action against the passenger as per applicable law.
- Other Terms:
AryaGo shall not be responsible for any transactions made directly with the driver.
Any damages arising from such transactions are not the liability of AryaGo.
